AEL is licensed to handle all of your construction and demolition (C&D) waste. From commercial to residential, AEL accepts materials from the construction, renovation, and demolition of buildings. Enjoy a short drive from our scale area to our designated C&D drop-off area, reducing your time away from job sites.
Need help with a large job?
Let the professionals at AEL assist by ensuring that you’re not disposing of materials that could bring you revenue.
Before beginning any demolition project, we recommend a deconstruction review.
Deconstruction is the process of taking a structure apart with the goal of reclaiming resources, rather than simply collapsing a structure and then sorting through the valuable materials. While deconstruction is costlier compared to straight demolition, it is gentler on the environment, saving natural resources for future generations while creating additional jobs. The materials saved through deconstruction can include doors, plumbing and lighting fixtures, windows, cabinets, brick, and flooring.
